MEB International Gastronomy Festival and Cooking Competition
The “MEB Gastronomy Festival and Cooking Competition” aims to provide our students with an opportunity to showcase the skills they have acquired through vocational training and to highlight the flavors of our rich cuisine. This event will allow students to express themselves by demonstrating their mastery of culinary arts and will highlight the value of their vocational training.
At the same time, it aims to serve the mission of preserving and promoting the traditional flavors of Turkish cuisine. Through this competition, it is hoped that our students will better understand their responsibility to preserve the heritage of Turkish cuisine and pass it on to future generations.
Organized by the Ministry of National Education's Directorate General of Vocational and Technical Education, this competition aims to showcase the competencies of teachers and students in the Food and Beverage field and contribute to our cultural culinary heritage in line with the general objectives and fundamental principles of Turkish National Education.
