International Participation
International participation takes place during the international stage following the National Final. This stage aims to promote Turkish cuisine on a global scale.
International teams are invited from selected countries in cooperation with TIKA and participate in the competition under equal conditions.
Participation Structure
International teams represent vocational education institutions from their respective countries.
Competition Format
The international stage is conducted under the Closed Box Category and evaluated by an international jury panel.
All logistical arrangements and competition rules
related to international participation are determined
by the organizing committee.
