The Closed Box Category is a special competition format applied during the international final stage, designed to evaluate creativity, technical skills, and time management under equal conditions.
Ingredient System
All teams receive the same ingredients at the same time, and no external products are allowed.
Recipe Development Time
Teams are given 60 minutes to design their recipes after the contents of the box are revealed.
Evaluation
Jury evaluation is based on taste, technique, hygiene, presentation, and time management.
