Competition Stages

The MEB International Gastronomy and Cooking Competition is conducted in three main stages at national and international levels.

Regional competitions are held in designated provinces across Turkey. Each school participates with a team consisting of three students and one advisor teacher.

Regional winners compete in the National Final held in Ankara, where national rankings are determined by the jury.

Teams qualifying from the National Final compete with international teams in the Closed Box Category.
